He has created the heavens and the earth in just proportions, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the final Goal.
The meaning of the verse:
Here Allah declares that man is created in the most beautiful form and to Him is the sure return.
Allah created His creation in the most beautiful form, He did not leave it after creating it. Also keeping an eye on him all the time. All men must return to Him. So, Allah is always with His servants.
